For countries where EMS shipping is unavailable, orders are dispatched through reputed International Express Shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Sequel.

The Days to Dispatch indicate the number of days required to prepare your package before handing it over to the courier company. Dispatch time is mentioned on every product page and depends on the product selected, whether it is a loose gemstone, mounted jewellery, or requires an additional laboratory certificate.
Loose gemstones are generally dispatched within 1–2 days, while gemstones mounted in jewellery usually take 4–5 days. Orders requiring additional lab certification may take longer.
Q. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Our courier partners usually deliver orders to metro cities within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to non-metro locations generally take 2–7 business days from the dispatch date.
Q. Is my shipment safe?
Yes. All shipments are packed in durable, tamper-evident packaging and are fully insured. Insurance charges are included in the shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country. These charges vary by destination and are beyond our control.
Currently, loose gemstones generally attract no import duty in the USA, Canada, and many European countries. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before placing an order.
If an international order is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and return shipping expenses incurred before any eligible refund is processed.
